Abstracts of the Focus Topics of insureNXT 2024

The keynotes and formats at insureNXT 2024 were dedicated to an in-depth analysis of four central focus topics that will have a lasting impact on the insurance industry. At the centre were the topics ‘Gen AI’, ‘Future-oriented sales and customer experience’, ‘Transformation to a sustainable company’ and a ‘View into the future’. We have summarised the key content and findings from all programme items on the respective topics and created an abstract that provides an insight into the diversity and depth of the topics covered, without claiming to be exhaustive.

Congress trade fair sets new standards for innovations in the insurance industry!

In total insureNXT 2024 recorded a total of around 3,300 participants, 150 partners and exhibitors and a line-up of more than 200 speakers on both congress days.
