Of course, you are allowed to equip your own booth with display stands and promotional materials.
With which tickets do I have access to the setup and dismantling?
You have access to set-up and dismantling with the exhibitor tickets and the correspondingly marked set-up and dismantling tickets. As an exhibitor, you will receive 3 free tickets for setting up and dismantling the complete booth and 5 tickets for setting up and dismantling the individual booth.
No parking ticket is required for assembly and dismantling.

What do I do if I want to have material delivered or stored?
DB Schenker is the trade fair forwarding partner of Koelnmesse. The Koelnemsse itself has no storage facilities.
