When does the setup begin?
When does the dismantling begin?
Dismantling may not take place before 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 29 May 2024.
The dismantling of all exhibits must be completed by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, 30 May 2024.

Am I allowed to bring display stands/advertising?
Of course, you are allowed to equip your own booth with display stands and promotional materials.
With which tickets do I have access to the setup and dismantling?
You have access to the setup and dismantling with exhibitor tickets and the appropriately marked setup and dismantling tickets.
As an exhibitor, you will receive 3 free tickets for setting up and dismantling the complete stand (you will receive 5 tickets for individual stand construction).
Both these and the exhibitor tickets will be sent to you by email.
