When does the setup begin?
When does the dismantling begin?
Dismantling may not take place before 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, 15May 2024.
The dismantling of all exhibits must be completed by 22:00 p.m. on Friday, 16 May 2025.

Am I allowed to bring display stands/advertising?
Of course, you are allowed to equip your own booth with display stands and promotional materials.
With which tickets do I have access to the setup and dismantling?
You have access to set-up and dismantling with the exhibitor tickets and the correspondingly marked set-up and dismantling tickets. As an exhibitor, you will receive 3 free tickets for setting up and dismantling the complete booth and 5 tickets for setting up and dismantling the individual booth.
What do I do if I want to have material delivered or stored?
DB Schenker is the trade fair forwarding partner of Koelnmesse. The Koelnemsse itself has no storage facilities.
The range of services offered by the contract freight forwarder guarantees smooth delivery and removal of trade fair goods.
