Starting March 4th, we will send out the tickets purchased through online registration as ticket codes via email to all partners. These ticket codes can be redeemed in the ticketshop and will then be accessible in the insureNXT app from March 15th onwards.

Please note that a ticket code can only be redeemed once and cannot be transferred to others after redemption.

Your ticket can be found in the insureNXT app, which will be available in the AppStore and PlayStore starting March 15. After logging in with your Koelnmesse account, the ticket can be accessed in your ticket wallet.

The Early Bird prices are valid until April 8, 2024. After that, the ticket prices will increase.

When purchasing a ticket in the ticketshop , you will receive a travel ticket via email.

We have taken your feedback from last year into account. This year, there will be no different ticket categories. You can purchase a 2-day ticket with access to all formats of insureNXT through the ticket shop. You can decide whether you also want to attend the Aftershow Party.

No, attending the insureNXT after-show party is only possible in conjunction with a congress ticket.
