What are the opening hours?
The opening hours are:
For visitors:
Tuesday: May 28, 2024, 8:45 a.m.- 6:30 p.m.
Wednesday: May 29, 2024, 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
For exhibitors:
Tuesday: May 28, 2024, 7:45 a.m.- 6:30 p.m.

Where can I buy tickets for insureNXT?
You can purchase tickets exclusively through the ticket shop. It will be open from February onwards.
Until when is the Early Bird price valid?
The Early Bird prices are valid until the end of March. After that, ticket prices will increase.
Do the tickets serve as transportation passes for public transportation?
When purchasing a ticket in the ticket shop, you will receive a travel pass for almost all events in a separate email.
For insureNXT, the ticket also serves as a travel pass in the VRS area. Please pay attention to the corresponding logo on your trade fair ticket.

Are there different ticket categories as in the previous year?
We have taken your feedback from last year into account. This year, there will be no different ticket categories. You can purchase a 2-day ticket with access to all formats of insureNXT through the ticket shop. You can decide whether you also want to attend the Aftershow Party.

Where can I park?
You can park in parking lot P21. You can easily find it with the NUNAV app.
Can I also park there at night?
The access to the visitor parking lots will be closed approximately 2 hours after the end of the event.

Setup for individual stand: Sunday, 26 May 2024, 7:00 a.m.
Setup for normal stand: Monday, 27 May 2024, 7:00 a.m.

With which tickets do I have access to the setup and dismantling?
You have access to the setup and dismantling with exhibitor tickets and the appropriately marked setup and dismantling tickets.
As an exhibitor, you will receive 3 free tickets for setting up and dismantling the complete stand (you will receive 5 tickets for individual stand construction).
Both these and the exhibitor tickets will be sent to you by email.
Additional exhibitor tickets can be ordered in the service shop.
