We begin with Tim Cares, an AI Engineer in the AI Hub at WERTGARANTIE, acompany within the WERTGARANTIE Group, which specialises in insurance andwarranty solutions for electrical appliances, household appliances and bicycles.Together with his team, he develops AI applications from the initial concept rightthrough to secure operation. He is currently working on the company’s own voice AIsystem, which is intended to handle customer enquiries over the phone and supportcustomer service staff in the future.
