Danilo is the Group Head of Innovation at Generali, where he is in charge of driving and scaling innovation throughout the Group, and is the Managing Director of Generali’s global Innovation Fund. He holds a PhD from the University of Cambridge.
Sebastian Pitzler has been active in the insurance industry for more than 20 years. As the longtime managing director of InsurLab Germany, he was a co-initiator and organizer of insureNXT. Since the summer of 2023, he has been the managing partner of Ensure Growth Capital, a venture capital fund specifically tailored to the needs of the insurance industry.
Stefan Riedel, as a board member at the IT consulting firm codecentric AG, steers the course in the areas of customer focus and sales. In his previous leadership positions at IBM in Germany and Europe, as well as a board member at adesso SE, he significantly expanded the respective insurance business and gained national and international experience across the entire spectrum of consulting and all facets of digitization. In addition to his role as a board member, Stefan is actively involved as an advisor in various committees, including boards, supervisory boards, and advisory boards, including InsurLab Germany and insureNXT. He brings diverse experiences from the startup scene and comprehensive knowledge in corporate governance.
